He continued his education at Valley Forge Military Junior College, and received an academic scholarship from the United States Army to complete his education. He completed his undergraduate education at Saint Joseph’s University, received a degree in finance, and at the same time was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. After college, he served as an officer in the United States Army, and is a decorated combat veteran of the Persian Gulf War. After his military service, he attended Seton Hall Law School in New Jersey and graduated in 1996.
