Andres is the founder of Cavalier Law Group, where he helps families secure their legacies through comprehensive estate planning and probate services. He guides clients through the complexities of wills, trusts, and probate administration, ensuring their wishes are carried out with clarity and efficiency.

Andres began his legal career clerking for Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Maria Korvick, former Chief Judge of the Probate Division, where he gained valuable insight into estate and probate law. He went on to serve as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, providing legal assistance to service members and their families. He later worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, prosecuting federal cases on behalf of the government. Additionally, he advised on complex legal matters while working with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

A South Florida native, Andres earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from Florida International University, his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami. With a detail-oriented and client-focused approach, he is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the estate planning and probate process with confidence and peace of mind.
